“Do you have to use the Bissell cleaner or can you use a different brand of cleaner in the tank?”

• The Bissell cleaner doesn’t work on my floors! I have porcelain ceramic and even after it’s cleaned I can take a damp paper towel and wipe just once and the towel is dirty. Also I get wheel marks across the floor.

• I used the multi-surface cleaner it came with and does really good job on my hard wood floor. Great shine and quick to dry. Since i ran out, I've been using Mr. Clean multi surface cleaner and also works great.
