I have a long haired cat, which may not be the same as a dog, but I have balls/tumbleweeds of fur every day. The fur does go through to the dirty water and is easy to separate with a screen in the water tank. I just bought the pet hair brush as the basic floor brush held too much hair to be effective.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. It’s great with long hair. We have a lab, but also several new wool rugs. You just need to empty the dirt container more often when cleaning the rugs or anywhere there’s lots of hair.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. If you plan on running this daily, then it probably wouldn't be a problem. I have robot vacuums that run daily in the mornings. I use this only after they have run so that they capture the bulk of dry mass/ fur. I have a corgi and his fur would very easily overwhelm any vacuum if it wasn't kept after daily. Also, the head on this mop might get clogged without a pre-vacuum.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Yes, the CrossWave will pick up the hair, but you will have to clean the brush and tank after each use.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I have a Yorkie who has very long hair. The Crosswave Cordless does a great job of picking up any hair on the ground and it is trapped by the strainer or loosely wrapped around the roller brush. I have had no problem cleaning with this great unit.
