• I don't know if it is me or the machine but there's a gap that's not cleaned and I have tried every angle

• Yes it does! I’ve had it about a month and has clean with it several time. It cleans my hard wood and ceramic tile well. It vacuum up the dirt and dust as well. So far I am please with it.

• Hi Ashley - the CrossWave Max does have improved edge cleaning for getting closer to your baseboards.
