It sounds like your deep cleaner isn’t suctioning. Be sure the upholstery hose door on the front nozzle must be closed and snapped into place. Lean the machine backward so the foot comes off the floor, then align the tabs on the inside edge of the floor nozzle to the slots in front of the primary clear plastic. Gently push the floor nozzle in a pivotal motion towards the machine and press it until there is a click. If you’re still having suction issues, please call us at 800-237-7691.
