“Have tried in vain to remove the clear plastic cover immediately on top of the brushes? Have tried till I am exhausted...brushes are clogged and can't get them cleaned out...Any easy solution to remove this cover?...Am desperate...Have tried many times.”

The users manual has a customer service phone number for help. I called the phone number on the cleaner instructions manual. The customer service department was very helpful and led me through opening up the roller area and cleaning out the rollers.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.If you have a utility sink with a sprayer, you can use the sprayer to get all the dirt and hair out of the plastic cover. Make sure not to get water in the motor when you do this. You could also take it outside and use your garden hose if you don't have a utility sink.
