- Answer For the most part this phone supports most GSM operators. It is a good idea to review the list of 4G LTE Bands: 1, 12, 13, 17, 2, 20, 28, 29, 3, 30, 4, 5, 66, 7, 8 and 4G LTE Frequenies: 1700, 1800, 1900, 2100, 2300, 2400, 2500, 2600, 700, 800, 850, 900 to see which ones are supported by your network provider

QuestionMy phone co. says "follow the steps in your phone's settings" to get started wifi calling. I don't see any wifi calling settings in this phone. Please let me know where to go to turn it on.

- Answer AT&T has not provisioned any Blackberry phone, at this point, for Wi-Fi calling. And, no, you will not find it in the menu. Looked for it on my phone for days before I called AT&T to ask. I was told that there is an effective work-around on T-Mobile to get past this issue. Frankly, as an AT&T customer, I like the phone and 4G signal so much it hasn't mattered to me to this point. - Answer Yes this device is WiFi calling capable, you need to have a WiFi calling service active to take advantage of it. We recommend to contact your carrier for more information.

- Answer No, this is a GSM unlocked model compatible with GSM carriers, unfortunately as Sprint is a CDMA carrier it is not compatible with this model.
