“How do I save lighting profiles with this keyboard? I cant seem to keep my lighting effects without Synapse 3 and its very frustrating knowing there are processes going on in the background while using my PC.”

Unfortunatly the black widow elite isnt compatible with saving onboard profiles at the current point in time, even if u follow the steps to save the profiles, The keyboard isnt compatible with this side of the software.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Synapse has negligible CPU impact (less than 1% on my PC). The keyboard is capable of onboard storage if you use the "quick settings" in Synapse, but anything made in Chroma Studio will need Synapse to be open to work.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Using synapse, under the chroma section highlight your keyboard and select what kind of effect you want on it. It should always save and resume on startup. If it’s a custom lighting profile, select the keyboard in the main menu and then choose whatever you have named your custom preset.
