QuestionCan you use this with a chromebook laptop?

- Answer Yes! I used it with one. The only downside is you can't modify the RGB, you need a newer software to use the Razer Synapse RGB. Otherwise, it just cycles through random colors.

- Answer I use it for my ps4 and it works perfectly. You just have to make sure you turn off your controller after you turn on and start your game

QuestionQuick question, does the keyboard's USB port come to the left or the right of the keyboard and could you connect something like a mouse to that port and just have to plug the keyboard into your computer? Thanks!

- Answer Both aux/headphone 3.5mm jack and USB come on the left side of the keyboard. And yes you can plug a mouse into that port. Just make sure you connect both USB cables that come with the keyboard into the pc for them both to work! Great keyboard btw!

- Answer Yes, the keycaps are totally switchable. I have the Razer Green Keycap Set and I have customized my Blackwidow a little.

- Answer Not in store, no. The only place I'm aware that you can purchase any of Razer's keyboards with their other switches is directly from their site.

QuestionHow do I save lighting profiles with this keyboard? I cant seem to keep my lighting effects without Synapse 3 and its very frustrating knowing there are processes going on in the background while using my PC.

- Answer Unfortunatly the black widow elite isnt compatible with saving onboard profiles at the current point in time, even if u follow the steps to save the profiles, The keyboard isnt compatible with this side of the software.

- Answer Yes you can change all of that in the synapse app but there is a gaming mode that locks out the windows button
