• I have cameras pointing at each other and I have no problem. Ans set up is easy. And nothing is is required

• The Blink Mini is designed to operate on its own (no sync module required) as long as you have wifi and a compatible mobile device, set-up is fairly easy, download the Blink Home Monitor APP on your compatible mobile device, plug in the Blink Mini and connect to your wifi!
