I am the one who asked the question and got an answer about a Fire Tablet. I questioned the blink mini camera. Way to go Amazon for not getting this even close :( Here is their answer to my BLINK security camera question about an alarm on the camera - Hello, LB! Yes, there is a way to track a lost Fire tablet, but it is not as precise or intuitive as Apple's "Find My" network. Because most Fire HD tablets lack a GPS chip, they rely on Wi-Fi triangulation to determine their location. This means the tablet can only be found if it is currently turned on and connected to a Wi-Fi network. How to Locate Your Tablet To find your device, you must have previously enabled "Find Your Tablet" in the settings. If you did, follow these steps: Log in to your Amazon account on a computer or phone. Go to the Manage Your Content and Devices page. Click the Devices tab and select your Fire HD tablet from the list. Click on the device name again to see more options, then select Find Your Tablet. If the device is online, Amazon will generate a map with its approximate location. I hope this helps!
