I'm not sure what this means. On a phone or tablet, you download an app from the playstore. You do have to set up a username and password to start, but can stay logged in. You don't have to sign in every time. Hope this helps.

You download the Blink app to your phone or device & enter your wi-fi password only to connect to the internet.

All Blink cameras require a 2.4 GHz Wi-Fi Internet connection. The cameras use Wi-Fi to send images and notifications so you can view them from the Blink app on your mobile device. At minimum, Blink systems need a connection of at least 2 Mbps upload speed.
