“Do i need a chime? If not where is the sound going to be heard from?”

• If you do a wireless set up and it’s not connected to a bell (mine is not) then you can integrate it with Eco units and You will hear the chime on those or you can set your smart phone alert, The unit itself has a chime and it’s pretty loud but if you’re in another room with the door shut you may not hear it echo units are pretty cheap just integrate it with that and then it will play a chime and tell you somebody’s at the door.
