Yes, I use this for my windows laptop and iMac with zero issues on either. This is literally plug and use with no additional software required.

Yes, the Yeti Nano will work on both Windows and Mac. If it's a newer MacBook you may have to purchase an adapter to go from USB-C to USB-A in order to plug in the microphone.
