• Yes you can. I've recorded directly into QuickTime several times. You can use it with ANY audio capturing program on your computer.

• You should be able to. I use mine for streaming through OBS. Go into your sound settings and select the Yeti as the input device. Double check the settings in Quicktime to make sure it is selected for the input device.
