You shouldn't but could be any number of things if you do. Are all users using headphones? Do you have the ability for mix minus in your Skype settings? (Not a Skype user but this is a common audio issue)

You will need to select the Yeti to be your microphone instead of your QC 35. Another option would be to use the Bose headset wired into the direct monitoring headphone jack on the bottom of the Yeti. Most video calling programs use noise cancellation so that the speaker will not hear their own voice back to avoid feedback, so unless Skype has a way to turn that off, I don't think hearing yourself will be possible.
