• On my PC, I go to Sound Control Setting by clicking right on the mouse on the speaker in the bottom right of the screen. From there I go to Sound Control Panel & disable anything that isn’t the mic & then I test the mic & make sure everything is running smoothly.

• Hello Jackson. The Snowball iCE should show up as an available input device when you are in whatever program you want to use. You should be able to see it in the Sound menu in System Preferences. If you do not see it, try unplugging and plugging it back in or restarting the computer with the mic plugged in.
