There are many offerings when it comes to Professional Mics from Blue, I'd suggest looking up their website for all the details you need: https://www.bluemic.com/en-us/ But to answer your question, it you're looking for something that will offer a better audio while video-conferencing, like in Zoom, the Snowball iCE is definitely a great cost/benefit choice, as it features a Cardiod Polar Pattern, meaning the mic will focus on what's in front of it (i.e. your voice). Now for people conducting interviews, or people recording music in example, that would require additional Polar Patterns, such as Bidirectional, Stereo, etc. The next step from the Snowball would be the Yeti Nano, and that would offer you an Omnidirectional Polar Pattern on top of the Cardiod one, which picks up sounds from all sides of the mic, so ideal in a conference room in example.
