You can! Snowball is a great option for streaming.

I use this on Google Meet often with very few problems. Occasionally it doesn't show up as an option if I'm plugging in a new camera, but after a few minutes and giggling wires, Meet recognized it was there. My students hear me fine, but they complain about the sound quality immediately if I switch back to my laptop's built in mic.
