Depends on how loud you are. U gotta test it out to see where it picks up your voice and where it doesn’t. I have mine abt 5-6 inches away from my face and it still picks up my voice. And if you’re recording a video, and it doesn’t pick up you’re voice as much, you can always edit and fix that
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.This is a vocal mic that has noise cancelling built in. You will need to be close to the mic, about 8-12 inches for quality sound. Your best test is to plug it in and use headphones to see how you sound. Move it closer or away to liking.
