• I don't see why not, this works as a regular microphone, as a matter of fact, this might be even better for that purpose because the sound is very clear.

• Hello! As long as you have a dictation software that will allow you to dictate emails and word documents, the Snowball iCE should work with your software. Just make sure to set your microphone to the Snowball iCE in your computer's settings.
