“This device keeps turning itself off after a couple of hours. This is a brand new device. I don't think this is normal, especially since I have other air purifier brands that I have kept on for months on end. What is the solution to this?”

• My air purifier does not automatically turn itself off. The only time it turns itself off is if I manually turn it off.
