This device keeps turning itself off after a couple of hours. This is a brand new device. I don't think this is normal, especially since I have other air purifier brands that I have kept on for months on end. What is the solution to this? null

Contact manufactorer or store of purchase if still under the warranty. This should not be happening. I leave my pair on 24/7.

My air purifier does not automatically turn itself off.   The only time it turns itself off is if I manually turn it off.
