- Answer Probably will plug right in most pioneers have same plug, If different plug your new radio will come with a plug Pioneer color code is standard so you could easily move the wires from one plug to another

- Answer Its already installed in unit you just need to mount the included antenna Then pair your radio to the phone, very simple but if have a problem pairing your phone you can pull into your phone provider store (Verizon, AT&T, ETC) and they will normally show you how to pair
