• No it comes with it. They also include extra brushes

• No bags necessary. There is a dustbin that needs periodic emptying. The unit will come with extra brushes, and the company usually sends a little welcome package that has additional pieces/parts and extra brushes.

• it does not require bags.. you just empty out the compartment that is in it.
