Hello, The Boost Mobile Summit 5G (64GB) does not have a physical keyboard but it uses a touchscreen keyboard, you can keep your phone number by porting your old number to this phone and if your contacts are saved to Google, iCloud, or your SIM card, you can easily transfer them by signing into your account on the new phone.

You will also need to go to your online account to enter your new phone IME #. You may only use Boost Mobile sim card. Other carrier sim card will not work.
