“The control buttons are on top of the unit, and when it is installed, it will be underneath the counter top. Do u make sure to give extra height in terms of installation? The how do you turn on the machine from the top? With door open or closed?”

You select your wash cycle with the door ajar, close it, and walk away. The buttons will be inset and underneath your counter to select it with the door closed.
