Hi NSCOTT, thank you for your question and interest in Model:SHXM4AY54N. Per the Specifications, the required cutout size is (HxWxD) (in) 33 7/8" x 24" x 24". We do have an ADA Compatible model, Model: SGX78B55UC that is 32 1/16" in height that can be raised to 34 inches that would work in your space, however it is available in stainless steel, not the black stainless steel.
