Hi Waterguy, thank you for your question and interest in Model:SHXM4AY55N. The Heavy Wash Cycle uses 4.9 - 7.4 gallons of water, Auto Cycle uses 2.6 - 5.5 gallons, Normal Cycle uses 2.4 - 5.5 gallons, Speed 60 Cycle uses 3.8 gallons and the Rinse Cycle uses 1.1 gallons.
