Hi mvshepherd. Thank you for your question. Here are the dimensions for Model:SHEM63W55N: Overall appliance dimensions: (HxWxD)(in) 33 7/8" x 23 9/16" x 22 9/16". Required cutout size: 
(HxWxD) (in) 33 7/8" x 24" x 24". This dishwasher can also be side mounted.

The Bosch Installation Instructions show a Min of 34", however the Bosh specifications for this dishwasher state the Min Cutout to be 33 7/8" My guess is that it will fit very tightly. Why not call Bosch customer support and ask them about the difference in the install instructions ans spec sheet?
