• It has an electronic chime alert at the end of the cycle. Goes off maybe 3-4 times then stops. Can be disabled if you want

• For Model # SHPM65W56N or may apply to other models. You can change the signal volume to 00 which shuts off the signal. It is on page 27 of the manual. Hope this helps!
