Question1. In response to one of the questions, you said the grates are not dishwasher safe, What is the best way to clean the grates? The stainless top? 2. In response to another question, you said a regulator is not included? Must I buy one?

- Answer Dawn soap and water in the sink, rinse, dry. Use 409 and a sponge to get up most of the oil droplets. The knobs come off pulling straight up. DO NOT USE OVEN CLEANER. Do not put items into dishwasher. Accept some staining - it shows experienced cook vs. showroom. No regulator required for natural gas.
