Hello! This would depend on what sort of CD system you're using. The 161 speaker that you're looking at here is designed to use a bare speaker wires to connect to a receiver or amplifier. As this is a passive speaker, the functionality of this is dependant on the adapter or receiver you are connecting this to. If your CD player acts as a Bluetooth transmitter, then it may be possible to connect this wirelessly to any of our other devices that support Bluetooth. If the system does not have Bluetooth directly, but does have an AUX output, then you may be able to connect this to a Bluetooth adapter and connect this to a different Bluetooth speaker this way.
