• These lenses do not block blue light and I do not plan to use or buy transition lenses for these Bose sunglasses. Not sure if transition lenses are available.

• Check were you purchase prescription glasses at to see if they can put the kind of lenses you're looking for in the frame. A lot of times if you have a extra pair of lenses your eye doctor might be able to send off to lab they use to have new prescription lenses cut exactly to fit your new sunglasses.
