Can I use this speaker on my MacBook Pro 2019 null

Yes. The computer has a 3.5mm headphone jack. These speakers have a 3.5mm cable included.

I brought my son an HP Envy 360 we plugged it into the earphone port and it works great. I am not familiar with MAC. As long as it has a ear phone port it should work.
