I'm pretty sure it's audio input only, like from an MP3 player. The port is labeled "AUX IN" on the back of the right speaker. Plugging a 2nd set of speakers into the headphone jack on the front will turn off the Bose speakers. Maybe there's a way to use a stereo Y cable from the source (PC or laptop), but that splits the signal and may sound quieter and may add some hiss (impedance issues). There may exist a multi-speaker distributor, but I didn't find one. If you want louder sound, you may have to get a bigger pair of speakers.
