Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Make sure you have them connected correctly, one of the speaker plugs into the other one, then the one plug will plug into your computer or laptop. If you have windows 10 you will have to designate what you are using. I had this issue with my aurora r7. I plugged the speakers in the front outlet, immediately windows 10 asked what outlet I was using, rear or front. Dummy me, I didn’t think to much of it and hit rear and no sound. I then selected the front and there was light. Try that way to see if it works, if not, then you might want to take them back. Also make sure it’s on, the dial all the way to the left means it’s off, turn it right to hear the clock and then they are on. Hope this helps.
