“The right speaker is very faint in volume; it sounds like all the volume is coming out of the left speaker, unless I put the right speaker near my ear. Is the right speaker defective, or is this a balance of sound where the left speaker is primary?”

• The problem is either a bad connection from the speaker to the control unit (right speaker). If the connection is good then it is a bad speaker.
