Yes, I just hooked mine up to my 2014 Vizio 24" TV. On the back of the TV was a single "headset" jack. Then the second speaker joins into the first speaker. One plug in was all I needed. It has enough wire to move the speakers away from one another.

To improve the sound quality from your TV, look to the Sound Touch 300. I have this system and am very pleased with the quality of sound. It is expensive, but you get what you pay for.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Yeah, you can - but the Bose only plugs into a 1/8 in. jack - not sure what kind of output your TV has, but you might have to use some sort of adapter (or maybe the headphone jack??)

You could connect the Companion 2 series III speakers to your television using the headphone output jack or RCA (red and white) audio output. For a better experience, we recommend the Solo 5 TV Sound System which will give a more enhanced, room-filling sound from your tv and comes with a convenient universal remote for controlling your tv and other devices as well.
