• The plug is for a standard stereo 3.5mm that goes in the back of a computer. If you have RCA style jacks you may need an adapter but it should work fine.

• They can be hooked up to any device that has the 3.4mm (I think that is the size) plug in, but they need a separate power source.

• These speakers are not going to produce the sound that you may be looking for if you hook them up to your TV. I would suggest looking at sound bars. These speakers work great on a home/office computer.
