• Hello RonnieBlack, the Companion 2 III speakers connect to your computer/device via a 1/8" (3.5mm) audio connector. If you are able to connect a subwoofer to your computer/receiver/device it should work.

• You can, but these speakers don't have a sub out, so you'd need to split the signal and use a separate volume control. (The volume control in your computer would work just fine.)
