Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I have Bose Companion Speakers and they are wired so there is no pairing. I had to reset the defaults in my Sound Setup on the desktop, but once done they make a “Beautiful Noise”. It sounds like you have wireless speakers if you want to pair them with a computer. Is your computer Bluetooth capable? You should have a USB dongle that goes in a USB slot on your computer. You should be able to follow the pairing instructions from the mfg. If you don’t have the instructions go online and see if you can find the instruction manual for the speaker brand and model. Go to the mfg website or call them for tech support. If none of the above are not available or don’t work, call the Geek Squad. They will fix your issue if at all possible. I have found them to be the most reliable source to resolve computer and peripherals problems.
