Don't know, but I doubt it, as your computer uses USB drivers to interface with your computer when connected through USB. If you use a mini plug patch cord with a male stereo connection on each end, that works. plug one end into the computer's headphone jack (if that works), and the other end into the bose's hockey puck volume control.
