Hello VvOoDd, Thank you for the great question. The Companion 5 speaker system is designed for a USB connection into a computer. However, you may connect a standard 3.5mm audio cable from the control pod input jack to the headphone jack on your phone. Hope that helps! Mohsin - Bose Support
