“We use these frames in a dentist office. Each time a new Patient wants to pair, the audio goes through each past Pt.'s name as it's trying to find the current one making it difficult and lengthy to pair. How do I clear the Frames from past users?”

It’s Bose so nothing is easy, Bluetooth is sensitive & pairing is tough.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Power off the frames by flipping the frames upside down for The status light glows solid white then fades to black. STEP 2 Flip the frames back over. STEP 3 With the frames powered off, press and hold the button on the right temple until you hear “Bluetooth® device list cleared,” and the status light slowly blinks white. STEP 4 Delete your frames from the Bluetooth list on your mobile device. All devices are cleared, and the frames are ready to connect.
