• You can change the lenses, Bose sells a pair you can change to. You can buy prescription lenses from a eye glass center

• Probably not, but you can get replacement lenses from Bose so I would think someone should be able to put prescription lenses in

• The Alto styles are pretty large but it maybe uncomfortable to wear prescription underneath since the Bose Frames has the speakers on the side.
