Unless you have the volume at max, then people may hear your conversation/music. Otherwise, no people will not hear your conversation/music.

Yes, they will be able to hear the music if they are within a few feet of you. It's not loud, but it can be heard, especially if you have the volume turned up (they are not really loud, I have mine turned to 80-100% when I'm bike riding. I'm liking mine alot, but they are not earbuds where the music is directly pushed to your ear canal. Not as loud, not as bass-y. But, on the plus side, you don't have things sticking in your ear and you look way cooler!

Yes, if it is loud enough, turn volume low and they will not hear.

If you have the volume turned all the way up someone sitting right next to you might hear something. That’s assuming you are in a quiet environment. Turn them to a lower volume and no one around you will hear a thing!

No they won't bother anyone else. I wear mine all the time. Only down fall is the battery lasts about 3 hours.
