• Yes, and the nice thing about these headphones is that they tell you in hours how much time you have left (not in a % of time left).

• Mine hold the charge pretty well between use. I have not let them sit for a month though.

• Yes but you may need to purchase a Bluetooth connector that plugs into back of the tv and sends a Bluetooth signal out for your headphones to connect to.
