“How good is the bass in this headset? I listen to a variety of music and do not want to lose quality I have in my beats. Are these better?”

Well it depends. The Bose is more neutral whereas the Beats are more bass forward. The Bose will have a nice thump but they won't have the same rumble and won't be as deep. The in store demos, while not always an indicator of how the product will work for you, does represent the bass capabilities of both fairly accurately so i suggest trying the in store demos.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I am not a heavy bass listener, but I did pay attention to the bass level when comparing Sony WH-1000XM3 versus Bose NC 700. Sony was a bit stronger with bass, but the Bose has plenty of bass for me. Sound clarity and separation is excellent. I have not tried Beats.
