It is the Bluetooth on the motherboards of almost all Windows 10 computers causing almost all the grief. The motherboards try to push too much bandwidth over the Bluetooth connection and the audio devices in general have the older Bluetooth chipsets to allow broader compatibility. These headphones, like most of my others, hate my computers.
