- Answer I plug in to charge in India, which is 220 volts, Works fine.

QuestionI assume the batteries aren't user replaceable, but will they be able to be replaced by Bose?

- Answer I seriously doubt that they are replaceable by Bose. The good news is that if you call Bose customer service with a malfunctioning battery Bose will take care of you. Even out of warranty they likely will help you a little even if just an offer to purchase a new pair at a discount. At least that has been my experience with Bose through the years :)
